1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 4dyes platform — including but not limited to the website at 4dyes.lat, its associated mobile interfaces, and all related services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the 4dyes platform. Your continued use of 4dyes after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
2. Eligibility & Registration
To register a 4dyes account and access betting and casino services, you must satisfy all of the following criteria:
- You are at least 21 years of age. 4dyes operates a strict 21+ policy in compliance with applicable international gaming regulations. Any person under 21 found using the platform will have their account permanently suspended and all funds forfeited or returned at the Company's sole discretion.
- You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
- You are not prohibited by the laws of your country or jurisdiction from participating in online gambling or sports betting activities.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of 4dyes or any related entity.
- You have not previously had a 4dyes account closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms.
By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided — including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or passport number, contact details, and payment information — is accurate, current, and complete. 4dyes reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity (KYC) at any time.
3. Account Management
Each Member is permitted to hold one (1) account only on 4dyes. Operating duplicate or multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances.
You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your 4dyes login credentials (username and password).
- All activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorised it.
- Notifying 4dyes immediately via [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
4dyes will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any such requests should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
Accounts that remain inactive (no login or transaction) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. 4dyes reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of up to RM10 per month to dormant accounts, and to close accounts that remain dormant for 24 months or more. Remaining balances will be handled in accordance with our dormancy policy at the time.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 4dyes are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support the following payment methods:
- FPX (Financial Process Exchange) — instant bank transfers from Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating Malaysian banks.
- DuitNow — real-time interbank transfers using your registered mobile number or NRIC.
- Maybank2u & CIMB Clicks — direct online banking portals.
- Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay — approved e-wallet services.
The minimum deposit amount is RM10 unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to successful identity verification. 4dyes does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges.
Funds deposited into your 4dyes account may only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and financial fraud.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
4dyes offers various promotional incentives including free credit, cashback bonuses, sports reload bonuses, and slot-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published on the relevant offer page:
- Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per offer) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount.
- Validity Period: All bonuses expire within the timeframe stated on the offer. Expired bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be automatically removed from your account.
- One Bonus Per Member: Unless stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held at a time. Claiming multiple bonuses simultaneously without completing the relevant wagering requirements is not permitted.
- Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are published with each promotion.
- Abuse Prevention: 4dyes reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus — and associated winnings — where evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or manipulation is detected. This includes the use of automated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms.

6. Betting Rules & Fair Play
4dyes offers sports betting (including Malaysia Super League, English Premier League, La Liga, UFC, and a wide range of international events), live casino table games, online slots, and 4D lottery-style games. Each product category is governed by its own specific rules, which are published within the respective game or betting interface.
General fair play principles applicable across all 4dyes products include:
- All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be amended or cancelled after placement except where an in-play cash-out feature is available and activated by the Member.
- 4dyes reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including bets placed on incorrectly priced markets due to technical errors or data feed issues.

- Accessing the 4dyes platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law, using a VPN, proxy, or similar technology to circumvent geo-restrictions.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or defamatory communications with 4dyes staff or other members.
8. Responsible Gaming

9. Intellectual Property
All content on the 4dyes platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive property of 4dyes or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 4dyes content without prior written authorisation from the Company. Unauthorised use of 4dyes intellectual property may result in legal action.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 4dyes, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
- Interruptions to the service due to technical failures, scheduled maintenance, or force majeure events.
- Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
- Errors in odds or game outcomes caused by third-party data feeds or software malfunctions beyond our reasonable control.
Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms, regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your 4dyes account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Privacy & Data
4dyes collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the 4dyes platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein.

12. Amendments & Termination
4dyes reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, we will provide at least seven (7) days' prior notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of 4dyes following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
4dyes may suspend or terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if you are found to have breached these Terms, provided false information, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by law or regulatory authority. Upon termination, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Legitimate cash balances will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 4dyes holds its international gaming licence.
In the event of a dispute between you and 4dyes, we encourage you to first contact our support team to seek an informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English.
Nothing in this clause prevents 4dyes from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate business interests.
